The Pyramid ensures that the correct progressions of exercise are followed to maximize your results, minimize injury and to insure pain free progression.
This pyramid is designed to achieve optimal functionality by improving everyday life through fitness, flexibility, balance, strength, agility, shape, movement, speed and endurance.
The lower part of a pyramid comprises of: assessment, cardio base training “fat burning zone”, stabilizing muscles groups and flexibility. This forms a solid foundation and is followed by 3 additional levels as you progress, namely: strength and conditioning, interval training, power training, and the final tier: sports specific training.
