In this session, we get to know the client and collect all the information we need in order to set up an individualised meal plan according to their needs and goals.
Education on chronic diseases (Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol) as well as Peptic Ulcer Disease, Gout, Iron Deficiency, IBS, IBD is also done in this session.
Body composition, as well as all circumference measurements, are done and an analysis on all of these readings is provided.
All the readings are then entered onto the clients Personal Member profile.
FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION
R375/consultation
In the first follow-up consultation the meal plan is handed over and discussed in length.
Any immediate changes are made.
Tracking App/food diary discussed.
Other follow-ups include:
Body composition done again to monitor progress and results loaded onto profile
Any challenges discussed
Meal plans adjusted.
WEIGH-INS
R180/consultation
